First try of making a Little Planet

hi there i've done a few of these myself but everytime i keep coming up with the same problem. right in the center of my pictures the image looks as though it is being sucked inwards and it's very warped but yours isn't. How do you do it? Maybe give a tutorial on how you made it because this is perfect!

hi, sorry that i answered so late. the trick is not to make the little planet out of a 360° cylindric panorama. You need a sperical panorama including nadir and zenith. but i see you managed tha problem already in your picture "Little Planet No.4".

Okay, I'm sure it's an easy trick, and that everyone is doing it, but... how?

All you have to do is making a 180°x360° spherical panorama. The "little planet" is a special kind of projection of the equirectangular panorama. See here [link] for example.
